POOS-4-U we breed the Maltipoo Maltepoo,Maltapoo,Moodle,Maltese-poodle ,Maltoodle
it is all the same dog .
Breeders tend to name the maltipoo over and over again ...trying to re-create in a sense the same dog into
something else ,do not be fooled ...it is all the same dog .
Poos4u takes pride in our Maltipoos ,we were one of the first online breeders and though alot have come

The Maltipoo has no set standard .
Maltipoos are crossbreeds .Hybrid vigor (the taking and breeding 2 different dogs to get a sturdier ,more
healthy dog ) leads to the puppies usually being larger than the parents .
Also ,there is the fact tha the Poodle has 3 sizes ...Standard ,Miniature and Toy .All Poodles have standard
and miniature genes ,therefore once you crossbreed ,any puppy from a litter can pull one of those genes .
Maltipoos can and do get as large as 25lbs or as small as 3 .
There can be no uniform standard for a crossbreed .

changing the name ,so it is confusing to most ,but the Maltese -Poodle cross is still the Maltipoo .

JUST A FEW WORDS ABOUT MY BREEDING PROGRAM AND WHAT I THINK ...
Rest times for my girls are 1 yr .The reason I have in late summer to early fall a few different crosses
is because my Maltipoo Breeders are on rest and I will not pull one to breed to give anyone a puppy faster .
To do that would mean that you would get a puppy that would be not as apt to be healthy and I would have
worn out ,unhealthy parents .That I will not allow.I take care of my babies (all of mine are my babies ) and make sure that
I can give you a happy "best friend " and that my Mom's are also happy and healthy .To get on the waiting list for one of
my babies .Go to the preliminary contract page .Please follow the directions .On Available puppy page you will find Mom and
Dad name and description of what type cross I expect within a three month period .This is subject to change as when breeding
there are times a certain female does not take and then a longer waiting time has to be .Lucy and Ethel will not have maltipoos
this next year .They are semi retired .I will wait more than the yr . waiting time to see if I want to breed them again .My
vet says they are fine at 6 to have another litter and I may let them have one more in about 1 more yr .They have
been on rest about 6 months or more now ,but I am not wanting to at this time . .Healthy ,happy ......but I want
them to have a very long and happy life without producing a litter .So ,please say goodbye to Lucy and Ethel and thank them
for the beautiful babies they have given to us for the last 4 years .The rest of this yr will be Lucy and Ethel's Dog of the
month time .As soon as I can I will post different pics of them on Dog of the Month page .I love my girls !

I am not a broker .I do not 'find ' you a puppy .
I do not recommend other breeders that I do not know personally .
Reason Why a breeder cannot recommend another in this day and time .
Some have said that the reason is jealousy .WRONG !
The reason is a good name .No breeder can stake their reputation on giving a reference to another breeder
they do not know ,have not seen their facilities and often ,not just one time .Not a good thing to do .
There are breeders and then there are "breeders" .
One cannot know and travel the length and breath of the US and see all other operations .Know for
a fact that person does what they say and abides by the rules that all breeders should abide by .I ,as a breeder cannot say
another breeder has an equal guarentee or if their puppies are healthy or that I would buy one from them unless I know for
a fact it is so .
All breeders have had some type problem .Fleas ,ticks , earmites ,internal parasites (worms ,most puppies
are born with those ) or just something picked up from another place and brought into their kennel .When you have dogs ,you
have a few problems ,just as when you have children ,you have a few problems .That is a part of it and in how a breeder deals
with it is when they find out ,they fix it .
My personal beef with breeders is if they use no vet except when a state makes them and they
don't fix their problem .I also dislike puppy selling to brokers and pet shops .You never know where it came from and
care is usually very minimum .Also ,if a breeder has a 24 to 48 hour guarentee ,that is not a good breeder.Any breeder should
have a 7 to 10 day gurantee.Mine is 30 days and if something happens that came from my kennel as in a deadly
illness , I would work to get you another puppy or refund the price of the puppy .
Also I have read and heard other breeders say ......"If you have over 50 breeders ,you are a puppy mill
" Why not 49 ? Why 51? That is so stupid it is not even funny .A puppy mill is not how many you have but the quality of care
and your breeding program .
I could say " The breeder down the street has 51 dogs , ..she breeds hers every year or two and abides by
all the rules and takes all the care in the world with her babies ..but she has 51 dogs ."....Now then I could say " The breeder
up the lane has 49 dogs ...breeds them as many times as they come into heat ,has no vet ,sells them cheap ,takes no care ,has
filthy runs .....but she has only 49 dogs ." Which is the puppy mill ?
Doesn't matter how many you have ,the care you take is the deciding factor .More to come soon !
